Application for a Medical Education Grant
Takeda provides grants for medical education activities such as
local educational meetings, journal clubs and grand rounds
organized by medical professionals, health institutions or
organizations, with the following criteria:
- All payments must be payable to an institution or association
only, not an individual.
- A clear breakdown of how the funds will be used must be
provided.
Important points to remember
To submit a request to Takeda, please be prepared to provide as
much detail as possible. You will be asked to attach a formal
request on letterhead together with additional supporting
documents, depending on the nature of the submission.
Grants cannot be provided to an individual HCP or to an entity
that is controlled in fact by an individual HCP or its family
member, legal representative or agent.
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an
acknowledgement email which includes an ID # for your request.
If you wish to know the status of your submission, please email
us with your ID # in the subject title and send to
canada.sponsorships@takeda.com.
Please note that review and approval times can vary and are
dependent on the nature of the request. An update on the status of
your submission will be provided within sixty (60) days of
receipt.
